Paige Moss (mostly known as Veruca, a werewolf like Oz) has a total of five tattoos on her. One in an intricate leaf found close to her navel. One at the base of her neck. One on the small of her back. A band on her ankle and another one located on her hip bone. The picture on the left is the one on her back and the one on the right is by her navel.

Lily and Rickie from the episode Anne (Season 3, Episode 1) share a tattoo on their arms. Lily's right arm has half a heart plus the word Rickie on it and Rickie's left arm has the other half of the heart plus Lily's name tattooed on it. They were two homeless kids that were in love until Rickie died.

Ethan Rayne, who was in the same group as Giles back in England a long while ago, also worshipped Eyghon and since he was part of the group he was also tattooed with the mark of Eyghon. Ethan no longer has the tattoo though, in the episode The Dark Age, after having tattooed Buffy with the mark of Eyghon, he then proceeded to pour acid over his skin to rid himself of the tattoo and to stop Eyghon from following him because of it.

Dodd McAlvy appeared in the episode Go Fish. Dodd was bothering Jonathan and when Buffy went over to help him she noticed Dodd's tattoo and commented that the tattoo parlor must have been out of Tweety Bird for him to get this. It's basically just a shark smoking a cigar with a few waves at the bottom and a moon in the background. Since he was on the swim team it's safe to assume that he got this done because he likes to swim and has a dedication towards the sport. Unfortunately, Dodd turned into a sea monster about 5 minutes into the episode Go Fish. It's on his right upper arm.

Colonel McNamara (head of the Initiative) has two tattoos. One of them is pictures on the right. This one is found on his left upper arm and appears to be a heart with some swirls around it. My guess is that it's got the word mother in the middle of it. The other is on his right upper arm, I couldn't make it out at all and I don't have any pictures but it appears to be a very intricate design. These were seen in the episode The Yoko Factor.

The Knights of Byzantium: Easily recognizable by the bold black tribal tattoos imprinted on their foreheads. Tribal tattoos are black which was the easiest colour in nature to create, meaning this tribe of knights dates back a long ways. Tribals represent power and self-confidence and fit well with the knights of Byzantium. On the left you see the general's bolder and larger tattoo which we can assume ranks him as higher than a simple knight. On the right is the knight's simpler tattoo which is very close in design. The general's is just fuller on the top of the image. To view a larger image, click on the white backgrounded images, I've tried to drawn the tattoos to the best of my ability with screencaptures.

This is Phina Oruche who plays Olivia (Giles' girlfriend), in an interview she states that she has a tattoo on her head; it's a drawing of hieroglyphics of town men praying. It means to "praise abundantly". Which she feels is the secret to success; continually praising and giving glory to God. It's tiny and currently it's covered by her dreadlocks. But it serves her as a reminder. It's located on her left temple, just about the beauty spot. No picture available yet.

This man doesn't have a name but he was killed by Faith in the Season 3 episode Choices. He has a snake tattoo that starts on his forehead and wraps around her neck. It ends just beside his throat, directly above a purplish scar.
